Norwalk-La Mirada board announces three closed-session appointments

The board also confirmed appointments of Maribel Viera and Enrique Romero as assistant principals at Norwalk High School, at monthly rates of $13,158 and $13,690 respectively.
The motions were moved and seconded according to the agenda and each passed 7–0. The board did not discuss the background materials in open session beyond the announced titles and monthly rates. The superintendent's office indicated it will follow up with any parties seeking more detail.
