County staff described planned installation of 4,500 linear feet of 12‑inch water main for the expansion and stated the City of Hushton will share 50% of the estimated $1,250,000 expansion cost. County legal counsel answered a commissioner’s question about venue and said venue for disputes may depend on where the dispute occurs, but routine breach-of-contract claims would likely be heard in Barrow County courts. The board approved the agreement and authorized the chairman to sign.
