Katherine Rossi-Snook moved to approve the transportation agreement, seconded by Karina Montalvo; a separate motion to approve the maintenance and repair agreement was made by Katherine Rossi-Snook and seconded by Anthony J. Rando. Implementation details, such as cost allocation and service levels, were not specified in the meeting minutes and will be handled under the terms of the executed intermunicipal agreements.
