The board approved a future land-use map amendment for parcel 042004A (367 Chandler Road) on Jan. 14, reverting a previous Flume amendment back to a traditional neighborhood designation.
Planning staff explained this was a housekeeping action: the parcel had been divided under a prior amendment, the division recorded, and staff recommended reverting the Flume amendment to match traditional-neighborhood planning. No public speakers opposed the change and the board moved to approve the amendment. The planning director confirmed the recorded division and recommended the update to the future land-use map.
The board’s approval concluded the public hearing with a motion from District 4 and a second from District 2; the clerk will reflect the change in the county’s future land-use records.
