The Board approved the request and authorized providing Ullman with a key (motion by Councilwoman MaryAnn Nelson, seconded by Councilwoman Wendy Adams Rosa; voice vote 4–0).
The authorization is intended to support local history work and make Town-held historical records available to researchers in a secure, neutral space. The action followed public comment earlier in the meeting and was recorded as unanimous approval.
