Town Board adopts Schoharie County website as Seward's official site

Supervisor Mark Fletcher read an addendum to his report noting Schoharie County has adopted a web platform that the 16 towns can use and encouraged the Town of Seward to adopt its Town page on www.schohariecounty-ny.gov as the town's official website. "I urge the town board to adopt www.schohariecounty-ny.gov as its official website," Fletcher said during his remarks.
Following discussion, Councilman William Harlow moved and Councilwoman Wendy Adams Rosa seconded a motion to approve the Schoharie County site as the Town's official website. The Board approved the motion by unanimous voice vote (4–0). The Supervisor and Town Clerk Brenda Southworth said Brenda has been working to develop the County-hosted Town of Seward page as an educational and information page and will continue to update it for public requests.
