San Marin and Novato ADs said many teams achieved high GPAs and competitive success this year, with specific school records cited (a new 4x400 free relay school record at San Marin: 3:12.54) and multiple athletes heading to college programs. ADs flagged operational needs—scoreboard and sound-system upgrades, an overhaul of the Samarin mini-gym, and several open coaching positions—and described stronger hiring processes and ongoing work with a district athletic task force. Trustees praised the increased trainer staffing and accountability measures in the athletic handbook and thanked boosters and community partners for assistance.
