CSEA local president flags low enrollment at John Glenn High and persistent maintenance backlogs

Haredi also described a persistent backlog in work orders across campus sites—"we're still dealing with work orders from 2023, 2024, 2025"—and urged permanent solutions rather than temporary fixes.
She criticized sloppy contractor work on a roofing project (describing stepping on black tar at a site) as a safety issue that creates additional work for custodial staff and questioned continuing reliance on outside agencies to supply paraeducators when vacancies exceed 30. Haredi asked that the board ensure stronger oversight, improved onboarding and evaluation processes, and attention to risk management and payroll accuracy.
