Darlington board directs creation of new teacher salary structure, schedules staff input

The Darlington Community School District board voted Feb. 26 to ask administration to develop a new teacher salary structure. The motion is recorded verbatim in the minutes: "Motion by Riechers, seconded by Gratz, to work with administration to create a new teacher salary structure, but have them meet with staff first and use Board/Personnel Committee specifically as a check in periodically."
