Staff recommended approval and the applicant's representative said each lot will be just over an acre and that the developer will improve the adjoining road per county standards.
Jacob Sellands, representing the owner, said the owner is a local builder and expects to deliver single-family homes consistent with the neighborhood. With no public opposition and no outstanding questions, commissioners voted to forward the recommendation to the County Commission for final action on March 11.
