Commissioners and members of the public questioned timeline and next steps; Schneider said rezoning is the first legal step and that detailed site plans for the development will be required to return to the Planning Commission for final review. The commission voted (motion by Fedell, second by Wight) to recommend Council approval; the motion carried (AIF/MC).
