Raymondville ISD approves RFP award and authorizes multiple solicitations
Summary

The Raymondville ISD board recommended awarding RFP #25-007 for general merchandise, services and school-related products districtwide, subject to district needs and funding. The motion to approve the related consent items passed as part of the consent agenda (items IX.A.2 through IX.D.4) with a 6–0 vote.
Trustees also recommended soliciting Requests for Proposal for oxygen, acetylene and welding supplies; for kitchen equipment, services and repairs; for hazardous waste disposal services; and for moving van rental services (all identified as annual bids). Separately, the board recommended approval of a Memorandum of Understanding with Region One Education Service Center for the Mental Health Service Professional Demonstration Grant and the proposed list of library materials required under Senate Bill 13.
