On funding sources, staff said a recently passed constitutional amendment will increase Trust Lands distributions beginning in the 2026'2027 school year and that the TSSA allocation is currently frozen and not increasing. They also clarified that the PCBL grant is in its final year and its funds cannot be repurposed for other uses.
