The chair opened the hearing at 5:17 p.m., paused to allow speakers and said none were observed; the hearing was closed and the board approved the resolution by a 4–0 roll-call vote. The chair then adjourned the meeting at 5:19 p.m.
The meeting included procedural notices that board meetings are livestreamed from the Ed Center Boardroom and that recordings will be posted the day after the meeting. No substantive debate, amendments, or public testimony were recorded during this special session.
