Trustees also approved a contract with DLR Group to update the 2026 facilities master plan so the district can meet timeline requirements for a future bond measure (presenters described the update as a compliance step to keep the plan current). Both the deferred maintenance plan and the DLR Group contract passed on roll-call votes, each recorded as 6–0.
