The items listed in the minutes were district policy codes BE (LEGAL) and BE (LOCAL); DC (LEGAL) and DC (LOCAL); and statutory items identified as HB 6 (discipline), HB 1481 (cell phone policy), SB 13 (library materials), and SB 401 (non-enrolled students to participate in UIL activities). No formal board action on these policy changes was recorded at the special meeting; the minutes state the updates will be presented for approval at the next regular board meeting.
