Luke Williams later moved to approve the WEDA-recommended front façade amount of $13,392.50; the motion carried unanimously.
Council indicated that if the applicant seeks funding for the rear (York Avenue) façade, that separate request should return to the Weatherford Economic Development Board for consideration before returning to council.
What this means: the decision preserves the facade program's precedent of funding work recommended by WEDA and avoids expanding funding where deliberation or additional documentation is lacking.
