Marlborough waives Train Station fees for Lions Club, Arts Coalition and pavilion line-dancing series

The Town Board unanimously waived facility fees for three community requests: the Marlboro Milton Lions Club (June 4 scholarship dinner), the Marlborough Arts Coalition (June 13–15 and Oct. 10–12 exhibits), and a line‑dancing series at the pavilion (June 2–Aug. 25, 7–9 p.m.).
The Marlborough Town Board on May 12 approved fee waivers to allow three community groups to use town facilities this summer and fall.
Councilman Zambito moved and Councilwoman Sessa seconded to waive the Train Station fee for the Marlboro Milton Lions Club to hold a scholarship dinner on June 4, 2025. The motion passed 3–0.
Councilwoman Sessa moved and Councilman Zambito seconded to waive the Train Station fee for the Marlborough Arts Coalition for the Marlborough Open Studio Tour (June 13–15, 2025) and for Art at the Landing (October 10–12, 2025). The motion passed 3–0.
The board also approved a fee waiver to allow Kathy Sylvester to hold line‑dancing under the pavilion from June 2 through August 25, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The motion, moved by Councilwoman Sessa and seconded by Councilman Zambito, passed unanimously.
Each waiver was recorded in the meeting minutes as passing by a 3–0 vote.
