Marlborough board awards hauling and fuel bids to JKN Trucking and Russo Fuel

The board also awarded fuel items to Russo Fuel and Propane. The fuel resolution records the bid price as $0.389 per gallon over the Journal Commerce Albany posting for heating oil and over the Selkirk New York posting for propane (only bid received). Both resolutions passed with members present voting in the affirmative and Councilman Molinelli recorded as absent.
The awards formalize vendor selections for the town’s highway and fuel needs; the highway superintendent’s letter and the bid tabulation were included in the meeting materials.
