Campground tenant told to stop living full‑time at lake lot after board review

During public comment a man who identified himself as Justin Sylvester said he stays at his lake lot in winter. Trustees and the Village Clerk reviewed the campground contract language and told Sylvester the agreement designates the lot as seasonal and prohibits full‑time residency.
"During the Winter months I do," Sylvester said when asked whether he was living there. Trustee Watson and Mayor Tony Pezze told Sylvester his lot is assigned to John Stockdale under the signed agreement and that lot transfers are subject to the village waiting list; the board advised Sylvester to vacate the lot by the first of the year or pursue the formal vacancy and waiting‑list process.
