The board voted (Trustee Paso abstained) to adopt the $475/year fee, eliminate the storage fee and bar permanent residency on lots; trustees also asked staff to pursue a consolidated, uniform lease template and consult with counsel before finalizing new contracts.
The decision is intended to preserve campground use for seasonal and weekend recreation while removing the separate storage charge that several residents opposed.
