The Town of Marlborough approved Resolution #61 on May 27, 2025, ratifying a map and plan for upgrades and expansions to the Hamlet of Marlborough wastewater treatment facility and setting a public hearing for June 9, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. Supervisor Colleen Corcoran presented the map and plan and described the Cost Estimate as $3,108,000 inclusive of design, engineering and professional fees.
Under the financing plan included in the resolution, $1,641,647 is expected from American Rescue Plan Act funds, developer contributions are listed at $457,915, and the town proposed issuing obligations under the Local Finance Law for $1,008,438. The resolution was approved by a 4–0 vote with Councilperson Molinelli recorded as absent. Members of the public who wish to comment may attend the hearing at Town Hall on June 9, when the board will hear all interested persons.
