Board approves sprinkler and HVAC installations at HCCDC to improve safety and climate control

McBrain also recommended purchasing nine mini-split HVAC units from Hiller Sheet Metal so each classroom would be climate-controlled. The board approved that purchase, noting the contract price of $99,994. Both approvals will move forward under the district's facilities and procurement procedures.
