During a voice vote the chair asked those in favor to say “aye”; one member, Heather Robinson, said she was opposed. The chair stated the motion carried and the minutes were approved as amended. “I move to remove the need to have it painted on the wall,” the mover said during the proposal. The board then approved the amended minutes and proceeded to the first applicant.
