The Tulsa City Council unanimously approved two bond resolutions at the Aug. 21 meeting: a resolution authorizing sale of general obligation bond series 2024 C (listed in the reading as $108,840,000) and another for series 2024 D ($53,740,000). Councilors moved the resolutions, called the roll and approved emergency clauses on each item.
During the votes, the chair called for roll call as required. “The emergency clause is approved on board,” the presiding official announced after the vote. The council approved both resolutions by roll call; the meeting transcript recorded 'Yes' votes from the members present. The measures were read with the emergency clause, as noted on the agenda, and staff will proceed with required notifications related to bond sale procedures.
