"A public hearing will be held as part of the regularly schedule City Council meeting of September 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM to discuss the proposed sale of 216 S Jackson though sealed bid with a minimum bid of $7,500," the resolution reads. The City Clerk was directed to publish notice per Iowa law.
