Kincaid committee hears proposals for grant-funded pond pier, holiday donations and town luncheon

Members asked staff to pursue potential grant applications and said Paso would seek more information from the representative and pass it along to staff. The committee also discussed whether the committee-meeting format should be limited to standing committee topics rather than convening monthly when no committee business exists.
No formal action was taken other than direction to explore state grant options and to return the question of committee-meeting scheduling to a future agenda.
