Kincaid animal control volunteer to set traps for feral cats; attorney reports property enforcement updates

During the clerk and operational updates, animal control volunteer Clare said she observed a feral cat family and will set traps as funds allow. "There are six cats running around," Clare said; she noted limited funds and that two cats still need spaying. The board did not allocate additional funds during the meeting.
In the attorney's update, Rahar said the village has moved forward on the Burney property and that a related matter (Tower Place) is scheduled for a resolution hearing next Wednesday. He also reported work on a pending Mara property real estate purchase agreement; trustees received the updates and asked for continued follow-up from the attorney's office.
