Trustee Denise Crettenden called the meeting to order, led the pledges and a moment of silence, and stated that notice of the meeting had been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Section 551.043 of the Texas Government Code.

Business included a resolution delegating authority to the Chief Financial Officer to complete an easement purchase agreement with the City of Seguin (approved 7-0), and a closed session under Section 551.074 to conduct the annual superintendent evaluation. Trustee Joshua Bright moved, seconded by Trustee Grace Mueller to adjourn at 11:44 p.m.; votes recorded six ayes and one abstention by Trustee Alejandro R. Guerra.
