Hoffer land development plan forwarded to supervisors after resolving most contingencies

The Hoffer land development plan (PA‑25‑32) was advanced to the Board of Supervisors pending completion of a small number of outstanding items.
John Cenkner and Michael Hoffer told the commission that most open contingencies have been addressed. Two remaining items await final approvals from third‑party agencies and one item requires updating the plan with zoning hearing board approval information. Mr. Hoffer said one storage container has been removed and the other will be removed within a week.
The commission voted 6-0 to forward the plan to the supervisors contingent on resolving the remaining items and obtaining final signatures.
