Christopher Hamm of KDH Consulting Engineers said the development will include 74 single‑family homes. He told the commission that Parcel B will be transferred to John and Mary Silvis because they have been maintaining that parcel for many years, and that open space will be maintained by the homeowners association.
Township staff asked about Parcel A and Hamm said it will remain open space to avoid landlocking nearby properties. Technical review will examine lot layout, open space maintenance language for the HOA and utility/tap‑in requirements before the plan returns for further action.
