“Looks like what Temple and Temple has done is, submitted 3 copies... Their bid is $3,348,370,” the chair stated as the board opened proposals. The board also reviewed an estimate from Martin (Mark) Construction, which the chair noted at about $750,000. Commissioners thanked proposers for submitting binders and said staff and counsel will do due diligence and will hope to make a decision at the next meeting (noted as Aug. 19).
