During the lighting discussion commissioners required hooded fixtures, a warmer color temperature to match Village streetlights, and concealed conduit. Resident Rick Gordon asked about overnight operation; applicant Jim Nash confirmed the lights would be on overnight. The meeting concluded with no other business and adjournment at 7:42 p.m.
