Land of Sky recommends housing trust and centralized resource center to coordinate region

Committee members asked about peer examples and Jacob cited Durham and Hendersonville as places with code and permitting reforms to emulate.
No formal vote was taken on creating a housing trust or resource center at this meeting; Jacob encouraged continued collaboration between county staff and the regional council.
