Board appoints Kevin Jansen to Grayling Recreational Authority and approves NEMCOG materials management contract

The board also discussed the Materials Management Committee, noting 12 positions are available and seven applications had been received (including two for the environmental slot and three for the township slot). Following discussion the board approved entering into a Materials Management Plan Project Contract with the Northeast Michigan Council of Governments (NEMCOG) as presented.
Both actions were recorded in the meeting minutes; the appointment and the NEMCOG contract were approved by roll-call votes with unanimous support recorded in the minutes.
