Housing Director Hannelore Dysinger said two closings occurred recently and that one project in Roscommon was split into emergency and full rehabilitation to use Program Income (PI) and HPG funding. She reported Roscommon's PI is depleted for the fiscal year and Crawford County currently has approximately $3,000 to $4,000 in PI available and will create a wait list for future projects.
Dysinger said she will continue to collect installment loan payments and maintain reporting responsibilities for Program Income; she also noted scheduled closings in other counties and the need to combine funding sources for emergency projects when PI is limited.
