County approves budget amendments; controller says CT scanner stalled, IT upgrades will cost about $81,350

Compo told the Board the CT scanner installation is "at a standstill" while Consumers Energy works on getting required power to the building. On information technology, he said VC3 reported Windows 10 reaches end of life in October 2025 and that roughly 31 devices will need replacement and about 30 will need upgrades at an estimated combined cost of $81,350.00. He also noted the household hazardous waste invoice totaled $36,083.57 and the Audit Committee would meet after the session to finalize recommendations.
