Board approves consent agenda, accepts several staff resignations

At the Feb. 13 meeting the Central School District 51 Board approved a consent agenda that included payment of extra bills (Jan. 28 and Feb. 5, 2025), approval of meeting minutes (Jan. 16 regular; Feb. 10 committee and closed session), acceptance of listed resignations and the FY25 Teacher Years of Service list. Mr. Rampenthal moved the consent agenda and Mrs. Harvey seconded.
The minutes list the resignations of D. Scheirer, J. Kimack (Asst. Volleyball), R. Morgan, J. Heyder, B. Schumacher and K. Cunningham. The motion carried on roll call vote: Ayes: Mr. Fritz, Mrs. Harvey, Mrs. Johnson, Mr. Lang, Mr. Rampenthal and Mrs. Blundy; Nays: None; Absent: Mrs. Unes.
Board approval of the consent agenda preserves continuity of district records and initiates the personnel processes recorded in the minutes.
