Director-level reports covered ongoing operational work: the Director of Student Services described Multi-Needs program coordination and a new Cardiac Emergency Response Plan; Director Liles described formation of a District Literacy Committee to address literacy planning; the technology director reported increased Chromebook repairs and a Skyward Family Access rollout for conference scheduling; and Transportation/Buildings & Grounds reported route adjustments, winter maintenance planning, and federally funded safety upgrades.
The updates emphasized student engagement, staff collaboration, and operational readiness heading into winter and the next semester.
