Commissioners approve appointments to library board, materials management committee and economic development partnership

The Crawford County Board of Commissioners approved a slate of appointments at its Jan. 23 meeting. A separate motion to appoint Timothy Lochinski to the Library Board failed for lack of support; the board then appointed Kathryn McCool to the Library Board for a term ending Oct. 31, 2028.
The board also filled seats on the Materials Management Planning Committee, appointing Abigail Ertel and Tom Coors and approving a recommended list that included Jim Palmer, Kirk Miller, Andre Grobaski, Commissioner Moore, Jack Pettyjohn and Doug Baum. Motions carried by roll call; Commissioner Moore was absent for the recorded votes noted in the minutes.
