Controller Paul Compo presented the Budget Performance Report for the period ending Sept. 30, 2024, stating that "revenue is up a little over last year and tracking with budget. Expenses are slightly down compared to last year. We will have a positive impact on our fund budget." Commissioners later approved General Fund and Special Revenue Fund budget amendments by motion. The board signaled continued monitoring of MIDC, Central Dispatch and the Childcare Fund as revenues and expenses are finalized.
