Dysinger also said the county will record a lien of $2,140 to recover the cost of the lead inspection paid by the Housing Department. She reported two contractor bids were solicited for full rehabilitation projects; one contractor responded that they are booked through June 2025 and staff may need to re-bid if further responses are not received.
