The board entered closed session at 6:22 p.m. to discuss personnel under 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) and litigation under 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11), returned to open session at 7:07 p.m., and then voted to adjourn on a motion by Kim Blundy, seconded by Jessica Pritchard; the minutes record the voice vote as 5 ayes, 0 nays and 2 absent.
