Because the auditor had not uploaded the federal portion of the audit to federal systems, the board could not formally approve the audit at this meeting; district staff indicated they will return with the audit once federal submission is complete.
Board members recorded no findings and made no request for corrective action based on the nonfederal portions. The pending federal upload is the only item delaying formal acceptance; staff will notify the board when the federal portion is submitted so the board can formally accept the completed audit.
