Board approves Royal Valley Singers and Dancers trip to Bartlesville for national competition

The Royal Valley USD #337 Board of Education approved an out-of-state trip for the Royal Valley Singers and Dancers to attend a national dance competition in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on Jan. 17, 2026. The motion, made by Boone Smith and seconded by Rhonda Lefferd, carried 5–0 with two members absent.
Superintendent Aaric Davis told the board that costs associated with the trip will be covered by charitable contributions from the PBPN and/or the Title VI grant. No separate district funding action was recorded; the board simply approved the travel request as presented.
