It directs the Town Clerk to post the resolution on the Town's website or official sign board for 30 days and to file certified copies with the Office of the New York State Comptroller within 45 days.
The motion was moved by Supervisor Arsenault and seconded by Councilman Donnelly and adopted 4–0. The board's action is administrative and identified as a Type II SEQR action in the resolution.
