A board member said, "Chemicals, pesticides, solvents, fertilizers, lamps, and other regulated materials... should be separated and disposed of through appropriately licensed waste handlers," and the applicant agreed to provide SDSs and follow up by e‑mail. The applicant also said he had copies of SDSs and would submit them for the board’s review prior to the next meeting.
Town staff indicated a second disposal contractor and a statement replacing placeholder items in the application will be required before final consideration; the board made those items conditions of approval.
