Erik Denega provided an updated fee schedule and said the county had not previously sold compost but wanted the authority to do so; he added the proposed rate aligns with other counties and "matches a private seller in the Village of Florida" to avoid undermining local business. Sparrow Tobin asked how the rate was calculated and whether it was comparable to other counties; Denega replied the rate was comparable. The motion carried with all in favor.
