Nikki presented invoices to be ratified by the commission totaling $5,154,215.93 and explained funding breakdowns: 47.94% from the general fund, 16.4% from ARPA, 0.15% from act, 35.5% from RMS and 0.01% from escrow. "Presented for your ratification are invoices due through 08/12/2026 to be paid on 08/05/2026 in the amount of $5,154,215.93," Nikki said.
Nikki told the board the higher total is largely due to bond payments and interest. The commission moved and voted to accept the invoices. Nikki then presented and the commission approved a credit-card cash requirement report covering 06/26/2026–07/27/2026 in the amount of $10,225.58 (96% general fund, 4% RMS).
