The town has participated in the program since 2002; staff said projects supported by the program have totaled about $324,240 for low‑ and moderate‑income households.
The supervisor said the county asked for the amendment and that the village and county were also processing similar paperwork; the board moved to authorize the supervisor to sign to meet the county’s next‑week deadline and approved the motion.
